Ombre Hair

Do you ever read the headlines on MSN?

According to all the fashion magazines ombre hair is the new thing. It's just a gradual color change from light to dark or vice versa. I was actually thinking I wanted to do something different with my hair but I wasn't sure what. It's funny because I use to think growing your color out could be kind of embarrassing... now it's popular.. who'd've thought?!?! I can't decide what I think of it...

I like bangs but every time I cut them they drive me crazy!

I usually go back to a darker color when the weather gets cooler..
I suppose this would be an easy transition.

What do y'all think of this new trend?

Pretty Pontiac

Life around here has been a little stressful and rather sad since the storms and devastating tornado have come through. However, I feel there is hope in the midst of it all. Our God is in control! I'm so thankful!

However, on a lighter note....I thought I would share a few photos my hubby shot at my parents over the weekend.

Tornados!

Please pray for the people who live in our area..... a tornado has hit and lots of damage has been done and lives have been lost already. The storms aren't over yet...
"God you are bigger than all of this and we completely and totally put our trust and faith in you!! Help us to overcome this tragedy... those of us who weren't affected; God.... help us to reach out to others with food, clothes... just anything they might need. Show us your mighty hand, God. We love you, STILL...because you are still God and You're still on Your throne!"
